By accessing or using SkillPower CA's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
SkillPower CA provides professional development and training services in Singapore. Our services include but are not limited to executive leadership programs, digital transformation courses, and project management training.
To access certain services, you must register and create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account.
Program fees must be paid in full before the start of any course unless otherwise agreed. All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are subject to change. Corporate billing arrangements are available upon request.
All course materials, content, and resources provided by SkillPower CA are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.
You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only. Prohibited activities include unauthorized sharing of course materials, disrupting classes, or engaging in any behavior that may harm other participants' learning experience.
Course cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the start date for a full refund. Cancellations within 7-13 days will receive a 50% refund. No refunds are provided for cancellations less than 7 days before the start date or for no-shows.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms of Service or for any other reason we deem appropriate.
SkillPower CA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
